4. Recovery Data and Disk Images

5. Retention

ASITTECH may retain disk images, recovered data and related technical materials for the period reasonably necessary to complete recovery, quality verification, delivery, support, dispute resolution, security, legal or contractual obligations, and as stated in an applicable service agreement.

6. Third-Party Providers

The website's live chat and visitor analytics run on ASITTECH's own system (ASITTECH Live, support.asittech.com), not a third-party chat service. The website also uses Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare Turnstile (form protection, where enabled), YouTube (embedded video), a DMCA protection badge script and, only where enabled and the visitor has consented, Google Analytics. External links may lead to Facebook, LinkedIn or WhatsApp. This list is updated when the services used on the website change.

7. Payment Processing

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. ASITTECH limits its collection of payment information to what is reasonably necessary for the transaction.

8. Analytics and Cookies

Where enabled, the website may use Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage. Analytics cookies are used only after the visitor accepts them through the cookie-consent banner. Cookie practices are described in the Cookie Policy.

9. International Processing
