Do you provide international ransomware recovery services?
Yes. We provide ransomware recovery services internationally, with the same method that solved 656+ ransomware and data recovery cases. Everything is done remotely or in our lab in India, so the country you are in makes no difference to how the recovery works.
Do you have offices outside India?
No. AS has one lab, in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, India. International cases are handled remotely, with files uploaded securely or media shipped to the lab. We do not claim local staff in other countries.
How do we send encrypted files to you from abroad?
Most cases need only an encrypted upload of copies of the affected files. For very large datastores we arrange a remote session instead, so nothing has to leave your site. If drives must be shipped, we send the address, the wording for customs and packing instructions first.
Which time zone do you work in?
India Standard Time, UTC+5:30. Our standard day is about 03:30 to 12:30 UTC; emergency work is not limited to those hours. Tell us your time zone and we agree call times that suit you.
Can you recover data without paying the ransom?
Often, yes. Most modern ransomware encrypts only parts of large files to finish quickly, so databases, virtual disks and backup files usually keep most of their real content. We recover from those intact parts. Small files that were encrypted completely cannot be recovered without the attacker's key.
