When drives or servers do need lab work, they are sent by international courier from the UK to our lab in Dharmapuri, India. We send the address, the paperwork wording for customs and packing instructions before anything leaves you, and the condition of the media is recorded on arrival. Our standard hours, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 IST, fall in the UK morning (about 03:30 to 12:30 GMT, an hour later in summer time). Emergency requests are answered 24/7 through the emergency form.
