My laptop's SSD is not detected. Can the data be recovered?
Often, but SSDs are different from hard disks: many encrypt data inside the controller, and soldered NVMe drives must be read on the board. We assess it before giving a price. If the laptop used BitLocker, we also need the recovery key.
How do we get the drive to you from Bangalore?
Most Bangalore customers send it by courier, which usually arrives the next day, or bring it to the lab in Dharmapuri by appointment, about three hours away on NH44.
