Our server's RAID shows two failed disks. Is the data lost?

Not necessarily. Often one disk failed long ago and the second only recently, or a disk dropped out without being faulty. We copy every disk and rebuild the array virtually, without writing to your disks.

Do you have an office in Chennai?

No. Our only lab is in Dharmapuri. Chennai customers send drives by courier or bring them by appointment, and the first assessment is free.
