Data, database and ransomware recovery for German organizations
AS helps organizations in Germany recover from failed databases, ransomware, RAID and NAS failures and damaged virtual machines. Most cases start with a remote assessment, and media needing physical work can be shipped to our lab in Dharmapuri, India.
How a job works from Germany
Remote first
Many problems can be assessed and often worked on remotely: databases that will not start, ransomware-encrypted servers, virtual machines, and RAID or NAS configurations. Remote services are provided internationally.
Media shipped to our lab
Drives and other media that are not detected, or that need physical work, are sent to our lab in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, India. We explain the packing and shipping steps before you send anything.
On-site where feasible
On-site assistance is available where feasible. Whether it is practical depends on your location and the case, and we say so plainly.
Recovery outcomes depend on the condition of the data and are never guaranteed. We tell you what looks realistic after an initial assessment.
Working hours and time zones
Standard hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 IST
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST (03:30–12:30 UTC). In German time that is about 05:30 to 14:30 during summer time (CEST) and 04:30 to 13:30 in winter (CET), so German mornings and early afternoons fall inside our working day. Emergency requests are answered 24/7: use the emergency request form and tell us your time zone.
Privacy and compliance in Germany
The GDPR and Germany's Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) apply to personal data, and transferring personal data to countries outside the EU and EEA is subject to specific conditions. If your data includes personal data, tell us before you send media or grant remote access, so we can discuss what arrangements are appropriate. This is general information, not legal advice.
